"I hired Rolando and his team to stretch and clean the carpet in my family room. Good communications, reasonable cost, timely and professional. I will certainly call him for any future needs and I highly recommend him! It is great to find and recommend the services of contractors who deliver reliable services. Thanks!"
"They were very professional and got the job done in a short period of time. They went well beyond what was necessary to get my carpet stretched tax and clean. I would recommend them for anybody that needs a carpet taken care of."
"Very quick to get back to me. Was able to come out same day and the price was good. Customer service was excellent and would recommend them for carpet services."
"Kevin is a very nice person. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good suggestions. We were very impressed about the quality of his work.... he made sure that everything was done right! There were lot of mold areas under our old carpet in our basement. Kevin removed the mold and sealed the concrete floor before putting in our new LVT floor. He and his crew had to come two more times to remove the mold and seal the floor, since it took time to dry. He did not charge us extra for that. He fixed our squeaky floor first before install the new carpet. He installed carpet on stairs in California upholstered style which contours the carpet tight around the step, more professional look than regular waterfall style. Our floor is gorgeous and carpet is very comfortable. We are very happy with our new floor!"
"Initial interactions over the phone to inquire about the how the company works yielded rather snarky remarks about who I was, what I wanted, and why I was asking. When I told him I was a customer his response about what the company offered seemed a little arrogant. I decided to make an appointment anyway. The salesperson came to the house and worked very hard to sell the "upstanding" reputation of the company. He explained that they don't have a showroom, but work direct with manufacturer, and the carpet selected has to be in stock at the moment it is chosen, or else, it could end up not being available if you wait too long. I thought there was a bit of overcompensation in his sales pitch. When it came time to review the carpet samples, I was not impressed -- they were cheap-looking and very limited. But we wanted an estimate. The estimate we got was reasonable for the whole house, but I wanted to look at other companies to see if I could get a better selection of carpet. Unfortunately, another family member was ok with the carpet selection and price and wanted to go with it, so we did. Installation was going to be quick, which made it even more attractive to her. A few days later, we got a call from the salesperson, that said the carpet we had chosen for the whole house, was coming up short on the roll -- they did not have enough carpet in stock to do what was needed. So he suggested another carpet that he said was actually 10% thicker than what we had chosen. He did not come back over to the house to present the change in person, which I should have insisted that he do. Instead, he sent a photo text of the carpet he was suggesting. Foolishly, we agreed because it looked ok in the text. On the day of the installation, when they were putting the carpet down, we were disappointed; it was so thin! It had little thickness to it. It was substantially less pleasing than the carpet we replaced it with. Cheap. I should say that the only thing right about this job was the installation. They did a good job; very professional. Otherwise, I felt like we were taken."

Carpet glue is very sticky, but it's not permanent. The glue usually lasts as long as a typical carpet installation, which is five to 15 years. For the best results, you should always use the right type of carpet glue for the area you're using it in. There are carpet glues for high-traffic areas, which are more high-quality and durable than others.
Pros use power stretchers that secure the carpet firmly in place.
Yes, by patching or section replacement to blend seamlessly.
No, it works best under synthetic carpets in high-traffic or moisture-prone areas. Avoid using moisture barrier padding under natural fiber carpets like wool, which need air circulation. The barrier can trap the moisture against natural fibers and cause problems. Also, you can skip it in low-risk areas like upstairs guest bedrooms, where the extra protection often isn't worth the added cost.
You can expect your carpet protection to last about six months to two years. It will last longer in low-traffic areas (compared to busy areas, where your carpet experiences more wear and tear). Once the protector wears off, you’ll need to call your carpet contractor to reapply the stain protection treatment and revive your carpet.
