"I paid Mr. Phomalee $1275 to do some bathroom remodeling work that he'd initially stated he'd be able to begin between Christmas and New Years this past December. After not showing up at that time, he proceeded to promise that work would begin on eight separate dates, missing all of them. During this time I received no communication from Mr. Phomalee unless I initiated it, and when I did he made an excuse related to his vehicle or family each time. Finally, I informed Mr. Phomalee that I needed him to return the funds paid to him as it had become clear he had no intention of doing the work for which he had been contracted. He informed me at that time that his previous excuses had been lies, that he had used the money I'd paid him for gambling, and that he most recently had not been able to due the work because he'd been trying to secure a loan to cover "the bad checks [he] had written to gamble so [he] didn't go to jail". So, I'm now in a position where I've had an unusable shower for two months, and will be forced to seek legal action against Mr. Phomalee to attempt to recover my money."

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

You can paint over cracked paint, but only if you properly sand down the damaged areas. Once the surface is as smooth as you can get it, clean the walls and let them dry before applying a new coat of paint. Painting over cracked paint without sanding or cleaning beforehand will not cover up the cracks and may even make them look worse.

Unlike high or semi-gloss paint finishes, which can create an excessively reflective effect in indoor spaces, the sheen in satin is understated and right at home on interior walls. The best exterior paint type to use on a stone house is an acrylic latex, preferably a semi-gloss or eggshell, as it is durable and easy to clean. Not only is it easy to work with and readily available in a multitude of colors, acrylic latex paint is also one of the best choices for an eco-, kid-, and pet-friendly paint.

Renting a sprayer is the easiest way to paint a barn, but for detailed areas, you’ll want to use a hand brush to get the job done. If you don’t wish to rent a sprayer, you can also use a roller to hand-paint your barn, but this will add time to your project.
