Description of Work
From the bid process (Mike was the only contractor that actually got on my roof), helping us with shingle options, installation (especially the quality of the work), clean-up, and follow through - Mike and the crew that worked on our house performed as expected. I will recommend Johnson without hesitation.

I had received several quotes from a few big name roofing companies in the Toledo area late summer of this year. The price was shockingly higher than I thought it would be so I decided I would save for a few more months. When the time can that I could not put off my roof any longer, I noticed a roof in my neighborhood also getting replaced. I left for work in the morning and by the time I got back home the roof was done! I could not believe they were finished and how good it looked! The company that did the roof was Johnson Construction. I had not heard of them before so I checked them out on the BBB and saw good things so I thought to myself "what the heck one more estimate wont hurt anything" BOY AM I GLAD I DID!! Not only did I receieve an estimate significant less ( for the exact same work previously quoted) but also the warranty they included beat out the rest. Throughout the entire project I would have to say overall I was very impressed with the professionism and service provided and have no problem recommending Johnson Construction in the future to those looking for a new roof. They have proven themselves to be a great word of mouth company!

The entire process of having our roof replaced was remarkably smooth. Our 15 yr old roof was damaged by wind and hail. Joey Kaminski, the Genera Manager of Johnson Construction ,examined our roof, took pictures of the damage, and explained the entire process of submitting a claim to our insurance. We were complete novices since we had never made an insurance claim in over 40 yrs. of home ownership. Joey met with the claims adjuster when he came to examine the roof. The claim was approved and the work was scheduled. We were really impressed by the detailed info we were given by the company. Also, Joey gave us his personal cell number in case we had any questions or concerns. The roofing crew were very competent and professional, and the foreman made regular visits to the site during the two days it took to replace the roof. We had a couple of small issues after the roof was completed. They were promptly taken care of before final payment. The roof looks fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend this company because of their knowledge, craftsmanship, and professionalism.
