Excellent job. Reasonable and knowledgeable.

We arranged for the install to happen at a certain time, however the job started 2 hours late. The technician did not clean up after tracking debris through the house. The technician also for some reason decided to unplug my internet router which caused me a big inconvenience of having to drive for 2 hours to investigate and fix. Also, after retrieving their monitoring tool I have not received any result for the radon levels post the install even after requesting the results via email, so I don't know if I got any value for my money. I just know that I have a fan in my basement.

Quick to respond to scheduling an estimate and completing the job within a week of that. I had very high radon levels that were brought down below 2 pCi/L. Very pleased with the result. Russ was my installer and did a good job and left everything neat and clean. Only negative was the estimator did not plan very well for how a pipe would be routed from the crawl space to the rest of the system since the location of my electric box and hot water heater were obstacles he did not consider. Fortunately it wasnâ t necessary to vent the crawl space and my cost was reduced accordingly. Very good company, would recommend them.
