Outlets every 10 to 12 foot apart and 6 in can/recessed Led Lights. We recommend the 12mm water resistant Aqua gard laminate flooring. "I am posting this review again because I don’t know if it got posted and I wanted to say that our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!! We love it so much and our kids are already playing in the big open room!! Thanks again Todd and team for making our home even more beautiful and for completing the project on time!! "SemBro Was a pleasure to deal with. Their price was competitive; they started and finished when they said they would and the quality of workmanship was excellent. They replaced my cabinets; kitchen flooring; countertops and sink/faucet. They added a backsplash and installed a dishwasher. I had the range installed by the appliance supplier because it was a range with a down draft fan that required special installation and duct modification. Even though the experience was trying, eating pizzas and fast food for 2 1/2 weeks, the people at SemBro made it as easy as possible. They cleaned up every night and made as little disruption as possible. I would give them my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to use them again."

"Zane and his helper removed a big, old, eyesore oil tank from the basement. I was told it would have to be cut up in order to fit out the door. Zane quoted the job accurately based on discussion and pictures, showed up as scheduled and did not only a fantastic removal job (without damaging anything), but also did not leave a mess. They brought a shopvac! The area looked so much BETTER after they left than when they arrived. I wish every contractor I hired was as professional as Zane. My experience working with Zane was extremely positive. I cannot recommend him enough and would give him a 5+ star if I could!"
