They quoted use a reasonable prices (relative to other services providers). They were very prompt and were patient while explaining how the remote starter would work. They finished the work in the time frame stated and promptly notified us when her car was ready.

Excellent installation of my Backup Camera in my pickup truck. First, I
researched and selected a high-quality Rear View Camera System online.
Then printed out a complete description of the entire system and showed it to Todd. I
showed him where to place the Camera and the Monitor. He said he could
install the system, as I envisioned it. He immediately assigned an
Installation Date, which was about one week later.. Then, I ordered the
System online, receiving it a couple of days later. Be advised, Todd
exceeded my expectations. His installation was totally professional and
perfect.. All my research for a system and an installer paid off. What a
great installation! Thank You.

Everything went well. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and accomodating of my schedule. They even completed the work earlier than expected.

Quality job, took longer than anticipated but I would rather they take their time and do it right. Also prices slightly higher than the competition but again especially w/a newer car (2008 Mazda 3) w/all the complicated electrical components in these cars now adays I'd rather pay $50 extra than have headaches later. Overall very happy, would use them again.

I bought the stereo from crutchfield, and it came with all the accessories needed to install it, but I didn't have the proper tools and wasn't excited about doing it myself. It was no problem getting an appointment with Columbus Car Audio. I took it to them, and they started to remove the current stereo then realized one of the parts I got from crutchfield was the wrong part (which was my fault). They put the current stereo back in, explained what part I needed, and didn't charge me. Once I got the right part from crutchfield, I took it back and they installed the new stereo. It took less than an hour and it looks and works great! They were very knowledgeable and I will definitely use them in the future.

I purchased the IPod adapter as a Christmas present and prepaid for the installation. I set up the installation right after Christmas. I brought the part in and had our vehicle there first thing in the morning. They talked with us about the best place to install it and then took the vehicle. The IPod adapter works great! It charges the IPod and displays information on the radio. No more tuning to radio stations to listen to the IPod in the car. They did a great job and were wonderful to work with!

I took the tranciever to the store, and they said it would be no problem to install. They described the installation they thought would work, and told me what it would cost and how long it would take. They built a mount that sat on the floor and attached to the console with velcro, and they fished the power cord under the carped and through the firewall, all the way to the battery. The installation was very professional looking, and provided the functionality I desired. The installation took just over the 2 hour estimated time. It cost just under the $200 estimate.

Our Ford Ranger security system was malfunctioning, periodically going off by itself, which would disable the vehicle from starting and nothing would turn it off except the remote. I was not interested in repairing it, but wanted it disabled. I called Columbus Car Audio and they said they could do it immediately if I brought the vehicle over within the hour. I drove over, waited about 5-10 minutes, and the job was done. The alarm has not acted up since.

Good clean work. Finished earlier than promised, which is good. They installed a different manufacturer's device than the one they had displayed. I'm not sure what the differences are. I wanted two things that the new package did not offer, but did not find out until after installation. Too late to change, and not big enough issue to complain. Also, be sure to tell any alarm installer where you want the Alarm Light and Valet Switch to be located. Better price than competitors.

CAME OUT TO THE GARAGE WHERE I PARK FOR WORK. SHOWED HIM THE CAR. THAT'S SERVICE. I WENT UP TO THE GARAGE AND GAVE INSTRUCTIONS AND KEYS-2 SETS. IT WAS MAYBE AN HOUR.

RECOMMEND THEM ESPECIALLY THE DUBLIN LOCATION.

THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED A YEAR AGO, AND THEY STILL REPLACED. VERY CORDIAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. HAD TO PROGRAM CAR IN ORDER TO MAKE SYSTEM WORK, AND THEY DID ALL OF THIS WHILE I WAITED.

POOR WORKMANSHIP CAUSING ELECTRICAL DAMAGE TO AUTOMOBILE.

HONEST, THEY DO NOT TRY TO SELL EXTRAS AND THEY RESPECTED THE CAR. VERY FRIENDLY.
