Hybrid Heating & Cooling

Was a great experience from start to finish. They had my heat up and going with in two hours! We will be using them from now on. We also signed up for their maintenance program too! Thanks Hybrid

Would NOT recommend Hybrid unless it’s an emergency and you’re willing to pay top dollar for them to learn on the job. Called because my heat pump was encased in ice. The contractors themselves are very cordial, professional, and great guys. The bill, however, was exorbitant and unnecessary. The contractors spent the majority of the time on with tech support, multiple hours of muzak for which I was charged. It is not the customer’s responsibility to pay for their learning curve. As professionals in heating and cooling, I’d expect them to be able to troubleshoot initially without the aid of tech support. I appreciate and understand the need for tech support, but not this much. In speaking with several other heating and cooling professionals on my own, without even seeing the unit, they each correctly diagnosed the issue. Hybrid replaced a part, but the issue was not corrected, so they had to come back out for yet another service call and more hours on the phone with tech support. They did their best to come back out in a timely manner, but got called away on other service calls. They did not let me know until 4pm that they would not be able to come after initially scheduling a morning slot. I was undercharged initially and they called back days later to request corrected payment, which I complied with even though it was their mistake! Charged ~$850, only $250 of which was parts. Taking all that into consideration, the manager would not even offer a small discount on the service time. A simple olive branch of 15% or 20% off the service time would have sufficed. He offered a lengthy set of excuses, even indicating that they knew tech support would take hours and that I’d be billed for it. They knew this and didn’t mention it to me. If you don’t know the machinery, say that! They get an F on customer satisfaction!!!

We've used Brian at Hybrid on multiple occasions.  First used them for replacing duct work when we moved into the house.  Quotes were reasonable.  Very professional team who arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves.   He has given us great advice and never sold us something we don't need.  I don't go to anyone else now for my HVAC needs.

Finding a good HVAC guy is hard (along with plumbers and electricians). Bryan at Hybrid and his team are great. We have used them 3 times in the last 3 years.
When we first moved into our house they came in to replace duct work that was rusted out from a slow leaking drain. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. Price seemed fair.
We called them again when winter came due to our Rheem heating unit constantly shutting off. It is an older unit and I was afraid they would say we needed a new unit. They came and inspected. Said that it was just a dirty sensor. They recommended a regular cleaning service which was the same price but also included regular maintenance items.
Third time we wanted to get an upgraded filter system due to family allergies. We heard about some high end HEPA system that was $800+. Bryan was upfront and said that it was not worth the money. He said he'd install it if we really wanted it, but suggested we save our money. Who does that? I was happy to hear his suggestions and advice.
The only problem I have with them is that their regular service hours end at 5pm so I have to leave work to get them in. However, when they set a time, they are right on time. The tech also called us about 20-30 minutes inadvance to let me know they were on the way.
Really happy with these guys and would recommend them.

Let me start by saying I saved $2,000 by contacting this company and got a more efficient furnace in the process. These people are excellent professionals and did everything exactly as they said they would. They treated me like a human being not like a mark!
