First time using Forquer based on a recommendation from an existing customer, and was very pleased with the A/C tune-up service. Knowledgeable, personable technician that explained all available options without trying to push any unnecessary services, and provided tips on how I can perform simple maintenance myself to avoid future repairs. Signed up for their annual maintenance plan and look forward to having them back in the Fall.

I felt so confident that everything that needed to be checked WAS checked! Not sure I’ve ever felt more secure about my heating/ air conditioning status. Dave was very polite and very professional. He reported to me everything he checked, part by part and helped me with filters and schedules. I ended up signing up for a yearly package that reminds me of when hear and air need to be checked and reduces my costs all around. I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend David C

We had Justin do our furnace checkup and we liked him so well, we asked for him when we needed to have our AC checked. He's always very polite and professional, explains what he's doing and answers all our questions well. We recommend Forquer and especially Justin!

I didn't give a A or B for punctuality because the technician was late. I had to call the company to find out what the problem was, so getting a call would've been nice. Once here the gentleman was very thorough and professional. He went over everything that he did and he didn't rush through anything.

I called Forquer and they were able to come out the same day.  I called them because the last owner had them install the system.  They drove from Green to get here.  Joe, the service tech, was friendly and professional.  
Joe's diagnosis was that the system was low on refrigerant.  When I questioned why it was low he explained almost all systems have some leakage and if mine wasn't completely empty after 9 years it may not be worth chasing down the pinhole leak.  I don't disagree per-say, but I'd like to think closed systems stay closed.
The estimate to complete the work was higher than I had expected.  Joe explained the price of R22 refrigerant has been on a steady incline as its use has been discontinued in place of R401a.  Fair enough.  I accepted the estimate.  When I went to pay the bill it was lower than the estimate because not as much refrigerant was required.  Win.  I'll keep them on my short list.  Joe was a really pleasant guy and the company was really responsive.
