KELCO HARDWOOD FLOORS

Our floors look better than they did new. The Kelco team were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and respectful of our home. The whole process took two weeks, they worked every day taking only a lunch break once a day. They cleaned up at that end of each day and kept us informed at each step of the process. We would highly recommend Kelco for any floor refinishing you may need.

We unexpectedly had to repair our wood floor while doing a kitchen remodel. They were able to locate the matching wood, piece in the boards and refinish the room to an exact match to the adjoining room. The team was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend!

It went extremely well! I needed the stain to match the rest of the hardwood floors as well as the seams repaired between 2 different types of hardwood floors. The floors are absolutely beautiful. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with Kelco's work. The existing oak flooring, which is in the kitchen, downstairs hallway, foyer and stairway, was put in when we had our house built 27 years ago. Kelco did a wonderful job of refinishing the floors and making them look as good as new. The new oak flooring was put down in our dining room, upstairs hallway and loft area. We are thoroughly enjoying the results of their beautiful work! Each one of Kelco's employees is friendly, always polite and cheerful, prompt, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this companyW!

Kelco saved the day!! As part of our kitchen renovation, we hired a company to install wood floors in our kitchen, finger them in with existing wood floors, and sand/refinish the wood floors on the entire first floor. Sadly, that company did a terrible job on everything!! The worst part the fingering of the boards -- there was a huge dip in the floor and gaps between the boards. Kelco came in and fixed all their bad work!! They removed and re-installed the section that needed to be fingered in (and it looks really good!) and they re-sanded, stained and finished all the floors to a smooth, silky finish. My husband and I knew the first floors were bad, but it wasn't until we saw Kelco's amazing work that we realized how incredibly terrible the first company had done. Another note about Kelco is their level of cleanliness. They cleaned up all messes and nicely stored their tools at the end of each day. And I was very impressed by the lack of dust -- there was maybe a tiny bit of dust, but nothing compared to the mess the first company made. I will DEFINITELY use Kelco again in the future, and I will recommend them to friends and family!

Excellent. Kelco flooring was great to work with. They did an excellent job matching the new stain with older stain we had in a nearby hallway. Adam was polite, professional, prompt and quickly responded to any questions we had. I would recommend them!

The first room went very well. We had an unexpected expense in that the subfloor needed to be replaced, but it was particle board and had deteriorated badly, unbeknownst to us. Dave showed it to me and replaced it with plywood, which was exactly what needed to be done and the rest of the installation went very well. The floors are gorgeous!

Adam did a good job! There's a lot involved with this process. The only thing I would recommend is that you cover everything. They tell you there's not a lot of sawdust but there wrong. Cover everything in the areas were there working. Also cover your furniture if it's nearby. This is a messy project. Also the smell is strong. Make sure you have some box fans to help dry the floors. The only other comment I have is they told me a time that they would be to my house and never were on time. The one day he was 45 minutes late. He said he called but hung up. I told him he should have left me a message.
