"Appointment was changed by Mr. Appliance, then he arrived much later than the time frame given. On arrival, repair person pushed buttons on panel numerous times.... something I had already tried. I told him in detail what I had experienced sofar & it didn't work. He took the baseboard panel off, looked underneath & "supposedly fixed" the problem. He said he wouldn't run a full cycle because it would take an hour. He then left. I proceeded to load a few dishes into the dishwasher and then tried to run is as usual. Well . . . NOTHING WORKED! He did NOT fix the problem! I called the company & was told it would be discussed with her boss & they would call me back. Never heard from them again & I stopped payment on my check."

Then completely lost communication with us, we called and checked in about a month after no answer, then at the 2 month mark they sent a technician out with the WRONG PART blaming Samsung, we then waited another 6 months with calls back in forth, again always blaming Samsung and the part department. We went with another company that fixed out fridge. Don't waste your money they will take it and then not provide the service they promised."
