"I called Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning to give me a second opinion on a cracked heat exchanger reported to me by a tech from Schneller/Knochelman. Cameron came out and thoroughly checked out the unit and informed me it was fine. CO levels normal. Not the 600+ ppm reported to me by the other tech. Even better than finding out I didn't need a new furnace or expensive repair there was NO CHARGE for a second opinion! Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning get my business going forward. "I contacted them and got a price and scheduled a date for a few days later. Their price is based on the number of registers. When they arrived it was determined that I had neglected to include the cold air return registers (7) in my count but Bob agreed to go ahead and complete the job at the agreed price. There were a total of 38 registers in my ranch home. The cost came to $679. They took approximately 3 hours to do the job."
