The crew arrived on time. The system in our apartment was different than anything they had serviced previously. There were some issues with the vent covers since they had been painted over, but they were able to get them off. The equipment did a fine job of cleaning most of the many years of dirt in the ducts. I did have to ask the crew to clean the return duct of some remaining dirt. I also had to ask them to clean the return duct vent cover. They did not have a brush so I loaned them one. I also had to ask them to clean the walls around where they had been working. Again, they did not have the supplies needed and I provided them with some magic eraser to do the job. We are already breathing easier and we are happy with the result. The crew should have had all the tools needed to complete the job, including the cleanup. We will be recommending Green Clean to other tenants, just hope the crew has all the tools needed to complete the job and they pay more attention to detail.

My hvac system just doesn?t seem to be working properly there was a complication they admitted to and I greatly appreciated that honestly but I?m not sure what?s wrong now assuming they corrected the damage they made properly

This is the only company that I found to manually/physically brush the ducts and vents. All of the other companies use air to push and pull the dirt out. Green Clean Air, LLC did a great job!
