They now employ 13 people, including his son & his wife, and his daughter and her husband. We run monthly specials and seasonal specials. Specials and products are on our website at www.tongsac.com. We take all major credit cards & checks. We also offer Wells Fargo Financing as another option. We collect at the time of service. We also offer Counter Sales, where you can buy time tested by professional parts at our counter.

OUR SERVICE CALL IS $60.00 WHICH INCLUDES TRAVEL PLUS THE FIRST 1/2 HOUR IN THE HOME. THE HOURLY LABOR RATE IS $62.00. OUR EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL IS $85.00 WHICH INCLUDES TRAVEL PLUS THE FIRST 1/2 HOUR IN THE HOME. OUR EMERGENCY SERVICE HOURLY RATE IS $90.00. (updated 2-14-13)

"I used to think Hall's was a quality company. The day after they did the $ 1700 worth of plumbing at my home, my wife was washing her hair. She told me the water was not very warm. I went downstairs to look at the electrical circuit breaker box. When Hall's got done with the plumbing work, they did not turn back on the power to the hot water tank. Duh ! With the furnace fall service, the Hall's guy did the work and left. When I woke up the next morning it seemed chilly in the house. So I went to the thermostat & kicked it up a couple of degrees. Furnace did not come on. So again, I went downstairs to the electrical circuit breaker box, to find everything was on that should be. I went back up stairs I noticed on the side of the thermostat a small door. I opened it & hit the "heat" button & the furnace came on. The Hall's guy did not turn back on the furnace when he was done with his work. LAME ! Does any body do their work correctly now days ? ?"
