Jones Heating & Air is a heating & air conditioning company that has been in business since 2004. We are family owned and operated. We offer: Service, Repair, Installation, and Maintenance of all heating & air conditioning equipment. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm; after hour emergency service is available. Through our Maintenance Agreement Contracts, you receive a 15% discount on parts and labor, and become a priority customer (call office for more details).

Analysis was done quickly but thoroughly. Tech explained everything he was doing and why. A part needed to be ordered, so the repair was performed the day after Jones Heating and Air received the part. Everything is back working as it should be. Tech showed up when expected and he did the work efficiently.

Prompt, thorough, professional, reliable and reasonably priced- what's not to love about Jones Heating & Air? From the initial phone call (warm and personable Paula set the appointment) to the arrival of Terry (who skillfully solved the problems, and whose maintenance suggestions were on point), it was another 5 star Jones experience. They have kept our old house warm for years and we are so grateful. Old fashion family run business, providing top quality service- you are in good hands with Jones.

Jones Heating & Air was very thorough. Once I scheduled the appointment, they emailed a confirmation that including the name and picture of the technician who would come. The technician showed up on time, was very professional, and did the work in a timely manner. He answered my questions and charged just what was quoted over the phone which was very reasonable compared to others.

Jones receptionist/dispatcher was helpful and found a convenient time. Two trips from two different tech---both were great. Talked to Mr. Jones himself on what my options were. A very kind and competent man. Recommend this family business highly

I had an emergency, something happened to my system. I think they were too expensive. They couldn't find anything wrong with it. It was knocking at the time and I was concerned. The guy did a regular HVAC check up. I recommend they have a quicker turn around time and more professional employees. I would not use them again because it cost me too much.

The price was fair. They were clean, they were knowledgeable, and they answered any questions you may have. The interactions with them were great. They were great. Everybody could be cheaper, and I don't have anybody to compare with. I didn't cry when I paid the bill.

It went very well. They were very easy to work with. They arrived on time; we didn't have to wait and wonder - they were quire timely. They finished the job in the time they said all would be done. They followed up to make sure that everything was done properly. They even worked with us to get the right price. They made the experience easy and that made the difference.

They did an excellent job. They knew as technicians how to diagnose the problem, and came up with the best solution. This was an issue I'd had for 7 years. It's working great! They also had a price that was very reasonable. I think they are an excellent company.
