Dustin was professional and very easy to work with. He gave us a timeline on when he thought hed be able to start, and how long it would take him. His estimated timeline turned out to be very accurate. Dustin worked on our floors for three days, and after each day of work he communicated to us what was done, explained the process, and answered any questions we had. We are very happy with how our floors look and I would highly recommend using Dustin.

You can't find a better contractor for flooring. I had a complicated move in schedule to my new home and Dustin was incredibly accomodating and split the job into two parts. He keeps the job site incredibly clean and free of dust and also put differents satins on the floor for me to choose from so I could see what the finished product could look like. I have recommended him to another friend who hired him and also had outstanding results. Highly recommend.

My husband and I needed our wood floors buffed and recoated. Dustin called me back right away, came over the next day and was able to start our project the very same day. He was knowledgeable, conscientious, thorough, and honest.Dustin is a true professional. I would recommend him to anyone. It s really difficult to find a craftsman of this caliber. If I could give Dustin 10 stars, I would. We would definitely use Dustin again for any flooring or tiling needs.

Dustin did AMAZING work on a tough job. We pulled 30 year old carpet from a rental property in Lakewood, OH and found1/4 inch oak hardwood underneath. Unfortunately, the previous owner had allowed tenants to have pets and the floor was riddled with pet stains and gouges. Not only did Dustin bring the floors back to a wonderful condition, he took it upon himself to find wood that matched the floor and replaced the areas with pet stain as well. The finished product was amazing and it's hard to believe it's the same space. He was punctual and communicative through the entire process and I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your hardwood refinish needs!

We cannot recommend Dustin enough!! From the very beginning Dustin was professional and prompt with his communication. He came out and talked through our floors, the process, and the timeline to complete them. He was great at confirming the times he would be there and sticking to his word. Every day he was on time and worked hard. He even had our floors done a day earlier than expected! Most importantly the wood floors look AMAZING! They are so even and smooth and we love them. Truly a fantastic job and great person to work with.

Dustin Ironwing was outstanding. To explain the difference between he and the other knucklehead *professionals* out there: I got a list of 8 or 10 recommended tile installers for my kitchen project from Thomas Brick in Westlake, OH where I bought the tile. Great. After calling all 10 of them and leaving Vmails explaining my project, ONLY ONE OF THEM EVEN REPLIED TO MY Vmail. As a sales rep myself, I am particularly focused on the professionalism, promptness, and courtesy of someone I deal with. Dustin exhibits all of these: he arrived to work when he agreed to, consistently kept in touch with me, answered all my questions, consulted me throughout the project for my decisions on options as to how the work can be done, quickly replied to my calls or texts, and above all, did excellent quality work. Also was very considerate in cleaning up each day he worked on my kitchen project. And BTW - did NOT start my kitchen project, then leave part-way to take on another project he signed up with another customer. If you have ever dealt with contractors, you will know what I am referring to... I would be glad to take calls in his behalf after dealing with lesser quality contractor *professionals* while my kitchen project was underway. I will be getting his help this Spring to install pavers for a backyard project I am planning now as evidence of my confidence in him.
