"John picked up the three room sized wool rugs that I wanted cleaned. He explained the process they use for natural fibers since I was having three wool rugs cleaned - two of the rugs were modern oriental rugs and one was a modern block-color rug. He gave me an estimated time for completion and said he'd call when the rugs were completed and ready for delivery. I was not in a rush to receive the rugs and told him so (my floors were being refinished). He called about two weeks later to set up a drop-off time. The timing was perfect and the rugs look beautifully clean! I plan to use this company again when I'm ready to have rugs cleaned. Pricing was reasonable and they pick up and drop off the rugs so I didn't have to figure out how to transport heavy rugs that are 9' x 12'"
"Kenn and his son impressed me. Throughout my years of being a homeowner, I have used MANY Carpet Cleaning companies. I don't think I ever used any of the companies twice. Finally I found a company I will continue to use. They arrived when they said they would. I expected them to be "in and out" as the others were. I calculated maybe one hour.? Boy was I wrong.I think they spent a good 2 hrs. here. I was also interested in having my 6 dining room chairs cleaned. Kenn asked if I had ever had them cleaned before. I told him only once. I had not idea what the company used however.....steam cleaned or upholstery cleaning? Kenn was very candid when we talked. He gave me his "opinion" and I listened.. I chose not to have the chairs (off white and fully upholstered back and seats) cleaned at all. He gave me some tips which I used after he left. He was VERY honest with me and I appreciate that. My carpeting looks brand new. I have honestly never seen this very light colored carpeting look this good since the day it was installed. Kenn is a "keeper." When we had a plumbing crisis and were without hot water, Lora graciously let us move the date of service a couple days later so we could get it finished. Lora is amazing at how industrious she is and how well she cleans. No details are missed.
