Peacock Floors does amazing work! Our hardwood floors were looking pretty damaged and dated, so I contacted Peacock Floors for a quote to have them refinished. Jason took the time to be sure we understood the process and our options, which really helped us decide on a color and finish. He also worked with us to schedule around a kitchen remodel that was happening at the same time. Jason’s team was awesome, too… they were professional and personable, and it was evident that they truly took pride in their work. The finished product was honestly even better than I could have anticipated! It’s been nearly a year since the project was completed, and I am still so amazed and in love with these floors!

The floors in my last two homes are beautiful thanks to Jason and his team. I am now hiring them to install new wood flooring in my current home. Great to do business with. Punctual, polite, an impeccable workmanship.

The team was very professional. They did meticulous work and took great care to minimize the amount of dust in our house. They started the job on the day that they said they would, and they arrived on time every day until it was finished. The floors look absolutely beautiful, and we are very happy!

Jason Peacock responded to my questions promptly. I compared several different floor companies and found that Mr. Peacock offered quite reasonable schedule and cost. During the week of flooring job, I had a look at my new house every day and could witness the process that followed exact schedule as Mr. Peacock had promised. My new house had bad stains caused by pets' urine. However, the outcome was really satisfying! Without replacing too many pieces, the house's floors turn out seamless. So beautiful! I strongly recommend this company, and I bet I will ask him again in the future.

Our floors look amazing! We are beyond happy with the results... not only the color, but the sanding job, staining and top coat were done flawlessly! We now have contractors in our house installing our kitchen cabinets and a couple have remarked at how beautiful the floors look. Peacock Floors finished the job to perfection, on time and on budget! Jason came out to give us a quote within 2 days of our inquiry.  At that time, he was scheduling jobs 3-4 weeks out, which was fine with us.  There were a couple of snafoos with the start-up (due to an unfortunate mishap at their previous assignment from another maintenance team that was also at the job.  This delayed us by a few days), but once they got rolling, I was so pleased with their team.  The guys showed up when they said they would, were extremely professional and friendly, extremely clean (cleaned up the area every day before they left), even worked through the weekend to get the job finished for us.  Jason is extremely attentive to all details and is not satisfied until the customer is satisfied.  I don't have enough good things to say about this company.  I was very happy to be able to utilize a small, local company to get our job done.  I would not hesitate to recommend them or call on them for any future work I may have.  I LOVE my new floors and he made some recommendations and I am so glad we did.  The floors are gorgeous.

Jason, the owner, showed up to our house for an estimate the same day we called him. His estimate was $500 less than our other estimate, and he was able to meet our somewhat short timeline. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. We went with the antique brown stain, and we were very pleased with how it turned out. The floors look great, and Jason even left us some of the stain so we could stain our mantle to match the floors. I would definitely hire them again.

Jason and his workers refinished floors in a house I plan to sell and I will certainly use this company if I ever refinish the floors in my own house. The job could not have gone better - Peacock Floors is beyond excellent!! Jason and his men take great pride in their work and there were absolutely no problems with the project. They also carefully cleaned up afterwards.
Peacock Floors was also very reasonably priced. One estimate I got was more than $2000 beyond Jason's estimate and the other company was just going to replace some stained boards at extra cost without even trying to sand out the stains.
Jason and the one worker I talked to were extremely pleasant and helpful. There were some pet stains on the dining room floor which Jason thought would sand out. If they were still obvious, he told me they would  replace the stained boards. Turned out they never had to replace a single board.
The floors now look magnificent!! They have a lovely polished gleam and could not be more beautiful. I had the entire interior of the house repainted, and the refinished floors make it look like a brand new  beautifully appointed home.

This is the second floor that Jason refinished for us and we love it. The floors in our new house were 30 years old and never sealed - as a result we kept getting splinters in the family room. These hardwood floors are beveled on the edge of each board - requiring scraping by hand. Jason and crew were punctual and got the job done fast. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Jason did an excellent job on beautifying our old floor.  I would not hesitate to use him in the future. 

Jason was unbelievable. We had a time crunch as we decided late in the remodel that we would refinish the floors in our kitchen. He agreed to work over a weekend to accommodate our scheduled cabinet installation. He explained in detail what he was going to do, including working through some gouges left in the floor from a previous owner's attempt to sand the floors themselves. He was able to hide the previous mistakes, and the finished job is amazing. We couldn't be happier with the results. Even though the entire kitchen remodel is beautiful, everyone who sees the room comments on the beautiful floor.

The price that the contractor charged was not that expensive and was the best one. The work went on very well. It took a little longer than we thought, but that was because of the condition of the floor. The floor looks beautiful now. I was amazed at the lack of mess because we were living in the house and I didn’t regret doing it at all. They also cleaned up every night and were good. It probably took about six days to finish the work. It was a little humid since it was summer time and the floor had not been done ever and my house is almost 100 years old. They were probably the original floors. I had estimates from other companies too which were two and a half times than what Peacock Floors had quoted. The floors are still holding up and it has been 2 years since they did the job. The contractor’s responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were all very good. I would definitely hire them again.
