As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"7/23/2024 We wanted to replace our bathroom window called a Mentor Window company. They sent out a salesman to measure and give us a quote. Well, he gave us a price of about $2,800 for one window. WOW what a JOKE that was. Told him NO and that our conversation was over. That was defiantly a rip off. So, moving forward we contacted Affordable Glass Block Bruce Knight the owner. He came out within one hour after I called him. Bruce gave use a price which was an affordable. So, we contracted with him. Set up an install date. Bruce and his helper arrived on time. They completed the entire project in about 2 hours. The install came out excellent. The vent he installed looks great. They did a great job on cleaning up and we paid exactly what he quoted.
