I arrived about 20-30 minutes early and Kelly said that I could have a cup of coffee. Kelly is the receptionist; she is so nice and polite. I pray that she stays there for several decades. She is an asset to the business. Her looks and handshake is beautiful.

They scheduled me for the next day, since my check engine light was on. They also did tire rotation, and oil, and filter change. They read the code and reset the code for no extra charge.

Bill gave detailed description of car defects. Gave time and price to fix. Needed extra couple of hours, where one of the front struts needed an adjustment.

$702 bill! My Jeep had just had the Walmart LOF the prior month. In addition, I had recently paid about $1,000 for local service in Oberlin at the prior LOF. After the Jeep was taken to your recommended outlet, for the pre-arranged $129.95 VIP Savings Program, the bill just kept growing. Impression: anything for money on a snowy day. Then, my alternator developed noise there! I later replaced my alternator and bought another NEW battery at Midas here in Oberlin [existing battery was still under full warranty] after this visit to your recommended place. I still have the extra package ($129.95 VIP Savings Program, included in the $702 price) yet to use!? Back for more?? Huh?

"I am sorry you were disappointed with our prices. You had sent me an email on March 7 2017 regarding the problem with your battery and purchasing the VIP Program. I received another email on March 8th 2017 again explaining to me about how you kept having to charge your battery and how you wanted to purchase our VIP Program and bring your vehicle in on March 14th. We performed a comprehensive vehicle inspection (which was one of the services included in our VIP Program). We checked your charging system and found your alarm system was wired directly into the A.L.D.L. plug which was causing a draw on your battery. Upon performing the comprehensive inspection (part of VIP Program), we found a bad tie rod end. We informed you that your check engine light was on and asked us to diagnose. The trouble code was p1281 (engine cold too long). After diagnostics we found a faulty thermostat. We replaced the tie rod end, performed a wheel alignment, replaced the thermostat and gasket. I did contact you for verbal authorization for the repairs that were needed. I went over everything that needed to done including the costs and you agreed to have the work done. We value our customers and their feedback. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns (440_582_8877) Bill"

The oil change was performed. And then the vehicle inspection. Both cars are well maintained at a dealer shop so I was waiting to see the inspection report. It said everything was good and no additional work was needed. I think I found a reputable repair garage.

As a woman who knows a bit about cars but not everything, I feel completely confident that what they tell me is true and that they will only recommend doing work on things that need to be done.  This is a great place to take your car.  They are all so friendly from the young lady in the office to Bill and the guys in the back. The work was done to my satisfaction. The reception was cordial and the waiting room was comfortable. I did sneak into the garage the watch some of the work being done on my car. The mechanic was busy and thorough.

Great experience overall. I had to reschedule my initial appointment and they were extremely flexible to fit me in at a another time. They had me in and out in no time! I would go back here without a doubt for automotive maintenance/repairs.

I had been worried about brakes since last fall.  
I called Royalton Auto at 9am and had an appointment same day at 10. The desk receptionist (Emily), was extremely professional and was a pleasure to speak with.
When my car was serviced I was informed I needed brakes and I had the choice of parts. (higher end or factory end)
I was surprised I was offered a complimentary car and drove home will my car was being worked on. I was called around 130 that same day to pick up my car as the work was completed.
Every one I was in contact with was very professional.
The waiting area was comforting and they had information on maintaining the vehicle in a binder. (Nice!!)
I am no longer worried about my vehicle.
Best expierence I have had with a auto shop in my lifetime. I know were I will be going from no on!!

They promptly called me that morning with their findings and with a repair estimate. They reported that it should be done late in the day if the parts were available and if not it would be ready early the following morning.....which it was. They extended the use of their loaner car until mine was repaired which was very helpful and saved me from the fees of a rental! I highly recommend them and will use this company for all future repairs and maintenance.

I went for an Oil change for a Town & Country and I asked to check for an anti-freeze leak due to a syrup like smell coming from the heat vent. Royalton Automotive checked for the leak and found out the leak is coming from the heater core hose assembly. It was a Saturday and the replacement part was a dealer part that need to be ordered from a dealer. Since the dealer was closed and the leakage was bad, they recommended to me not to drive the Van and they offered me a free loaner car if nobody can pick me up. I did not take the loaner but I really appreciated the offer. They also were willing to stay open till my ride showed up. Overall, they were very pleasant, honest and gave me a fair price for fixing the problem. I will definitely return for any maintenance or repairs in the future.

Today's service went great.  I switched from a dealer shop to Royalton Automotive in 2010.  This is the best shop I've ever used.  Their friendly staff treats you like family.  When you need a repair, they fix your car properly, with-in the time frame they tell you and at a reasonable price.     
Last August they filled my tires with Nitrogen. That's worked out great, no more slow leaks from rim rust. Fuel efficiency improved. No more filling my tires with air every week and I'm saving money at the gas pump. Love that!
