Technician arrived on-time and confirmed what needed to be done. Tech protected floor with drop cloths and began to clean windows before installing tinting. Completed work in a very reasonable amount of time and provided details on how to maintain it. A very positive experience with Suntrol. Absolutely love these guys. They did an amazing job with our sunroom. Highly recommend them. The installers were fantastic, friendly, courteous, cleaned up after they were finished. We can now sit in our sunroom with the sun shining on the neighbors white fence without squinting.

Our current carpeting under the window had faded substantially.  Before replacing the carpeting, we wanted to address the problem.  The sales representative from Suntrol was on time, courteous, and informative.  When the installers arrived, they were punctual, professional, and efficient.  The job was done quickly, they completely cleaned up the area leaving everything as neat as when they arrived.  We purchased the Dayview V45 film (99.9% blocking of UV) and, even though the film has a light tint, we are not even aware of the film when we look out of the windows. 

We chose this company based on Angie's List ratings and were very pleased with the company.

The meeting to get a quote was professional, honest, and had a variety of options for me.  Jim went through all the details and made some recommendations of what he thought I might want based on the conversation we had about my issues with the afternoon sun.
He gave me a good quote, and booked the appointment for a week later.  Which was perfect!  I was eager to get this done now that it's getting hotter and hotter outside.  I normally keep the blinds open all day but with this heat and glare, it's not possible and I hate feeling shut in!
The crew showed up for the appointment early and finished when they promised.  They wore booties on their shoes so as not to mess up my floors and they cleaned up after themselves.  It's a little bit of a messy job but they were very careful not to get anything on the furniture, and they put towels down on the floors as they worked.
Great company!  I highly recommend them.
Even a couple of days later...the room temperature is significantly lowered, I can stand in the front window and see out and no one can see in!  On the outside it's the slightest bit of refection.  I love it.

The installers arrived on time and started the work immediately.  They were very professional and courteous.  There was absolutly no mess.  I am very impressed on how the windows look.  I wish I had done this a lot sooner as the sun had already faded one of my living room chairs.  After seeing how great the windows look, I am definitely going to tint the remaining 12 windows in my house.

When the owner of Suntol came, she brought with her samples of the films that could be used in home windows, showed me the difference visually, and told me what the difference would be in UV protection and fade-reducing ability of each. I chose the middle grade, which provides 99% UV protection and 55% fade protection, as one of the other grades seemed too light, and the other too dark. Our nice Oriental rug had already been faded by sunlight in a former home, so we were well aware of the damage that bright sun coming through large windows can do.
    Two installers arrived exactly on time, set to work immediately, showed me how they would fit the film around the security system devices already in place, and explained about leaving the film to set for 30 days and how to wash it thereafter. Also that the film is guaranteed for lifetime, as long as I own the house. They washed the inside of my windows, as well as the window sills and side panels before putting on the film. They were professional, strictly clean, very pleasant and polite, and extremely careful of my breakables and unique art objects. I am pleased that my furniture and carpets will be protected for a very long time.
