They have been excellent, honest, and they arrange a courtesy car for me to get to work. They go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them and they even have excellent food. Their maintenance plan is the best in town and I will use them again.

They are excellent and plan a loner car as long as you replace the gas you use. They are honest and their food at their store is very reasonable and good. They treat you like family and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They offer several plans that offer discount for almost everything you have done.  The workers are good.  They are very prompt.  They give you a done time and they are done by that time. I have been using them for about fifteen years.

Their workmanship is great, they're friendly and honest. They are so honest that they turned away my business because they realized my car was still under warranty and sent me to the dealer so I wouldn't have to pay for the repair, even though they could have done the work and charged me.

Replaced leaf spring shackle, Was given a price on both sides which he explained would be better now to do than have to replace the right side at a later date. Received a call later in the day and informed me that both shackles needed to be replace apparently the right side was done before and was in good condition. I appreciate the phone call to let me know, very professional.

Was told an estimate of 650 not including tax. When it came time to pay it was 800. They also replaced a brake light bulb which i found out on the receipt.

I've used Yorktown for several repairs during the past two years and first, their pricing is quite good considering the excellent and guaranteed quality of the work. Other shops in the area charge much much more, and some nearby that charge less just don't seem to have the professionalism and the attention to quality.
The last time I was there I needed a new tire, suddenly, and it's very convenient because you can drop the car and keys off after hours and fill out a form for them from their after hours box stating what you want looked at.
The only problem I had this last time was that I dropped the keys in their drop slot with the form, and oddly, I didn't hear from them by early afternoon the next day so I had to call them to see how things were going and what my tire options are. This though, is unusual, usually they call first thing.
Also, anytime I've had the car there, they give it a once over and make a list of things I should attend to and approximately how much each would be. This is nice, because usually half the items I know about and am planning for, but they are able to find things I wouldn't be aware of yet so I can watch for any problems in that area.

Very professional, left my car early before they opened, they called with an estimate and approximate time they would be finished. Wanted to know if I needed a ride back to the shop and offered to pick me up. When I returned, they reviewed all the work that was done and why, offered me the worn out parts for review and the estimate was within a couple of dollars as to what they quoted. Very organized and very knowledgeable on the whats and whys of car repair. Would use them again since they are in the neighborhood and I buy gas there regularly.

Tires were put on very professionally and worked very well.

Experience was very good. Greeted when you walked in, provided the service requested and when the car was done, they explained all was inorder.

This service center is one of the best in the business. I have been going there for 15-20 years now and it just doesn't get better. This review is not just about a 4-wheel alignment but about the service in general. I have had several examples over the years where the staff has gone above and beyond their duty. I always know I can trust their work. If it doesn't need fixed, they won't find a way to tell you it needs fixed. When I ask about something needed for routine maintenance, the easy answer most places would say it sure, you should do it now while you are here. Yorktown will tell you if it is really needed at all at the time based on your vehicle, driving habits and even if it is something major, how long you plan to keep the vehicle.
A very strong focus on customer service runs through the company. First, it has several generations of the family running the company over the years. Second, they really do care about you and your satisfaction with the service and if something is not right, they will make it right. Over time, they know your name, your car and know you. Words escape me right now but the bottom line here is that if you need a service center with ASE certified mechanics, master mechanics and want to be confident your repairs are done right for a decent price, this is the place to go.

They are very fair in the price. They discuss everything with me before they do it. They are usually very good about keeping the appointments. I would highly recommend them.

They've always been very fair. If I bring it in to have checked and I don't need anything they'll tell me. They'll pick me up and bring me home if I need them to. Their quality, punctuality, and professionalism are great. I would use them again in the future.
