John McCarty is the one that did it for us and he did a great job. They took us in immediately when we came. They did not take an excessively long time. The place was very clean. It was just all around good service. We were really pleased with them. There was one teeny tiny nick in the window and when we went in again we mentioned it to him and we did not think that they would do anything, we were just wondering whether it would cause a problem in the future and they took it off and redid the whole thing and we were totally shocked. They did that whole window all over again, which I thought was really great.

I stopped for an estimate on 05-15-2008. I made an appointment for 05-17-2008 9 am, on Saturday. I was the first customer; the work was completed as quoted. They cleaned up very well. The work was done at their shop while I waited.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB! THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND REASONABLY PRICED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM FOR THIS TYPE OF WORK IN THE FUTURE.

CALLED A WEEK BEFORE A WEDDING IN OUR HOME. THEY CAME OUT WITH GLASS THAT WAS SLIGHTLY MISS-SIZED. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE WEDDING, BUT THEY RUSHED THE ORDER, AND CAME THE FRIDAY BEFORE HAND. GREAT WORK, EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY FOCUSED ON MEETING THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS
