"The valley on my roof was funneling all the water towards a gutter that was too short. Lance roofing came in, replaced and added the shingles that needed to be replaced and installed a diverter. Now all the water runs to the gutter like it is supposed to.

Professionally gave me verbal walk through of all repairs to be done and a very competitive bid price.
