"Tom did a great job installing a replacement microwave and trim kit into a custom built cabinet, replacing a really old bathroom exhaust fan and replacing 8 electrical outlet boxes from 2 prong to 3 prong outlets. "Giant Factory Direct was tremendous from start to finish. They were very responsive in coming out to give an estimate and review the various colors and styles available. The installers did a great job on the install and worked through the entire day to get it complete. The materials are tremendous (no wood to rot) and the color is outstanding, but the best part is they were able to give me the pergola look and still allow me to have an insulated cover to keep cool over the summer. I would definitely hire them again...great job all around!"

The Big Deal certificate said it was for window sealing.  But actually, all they did was an inspection.  My house is 30 years old and the windows have never been replaced, so I assumed window sealing would help.  They inspected all of my windows and said they were fine, so they did nothing.  They did seal around the door to my garage.

I never would have paid $149 for them to come seal one door.  It is not a big deal, in fact, it is a bad deal.

The 2 gentlemen who came to my house were very nice and prompt, but I did not receive the service I thought I had purchased.

"They were really good. I spent $4000 or $5000 on that work. They came out and replaced every window in my house. They were friendly and the price for what they were providing me with was excellent. James is the owner and he is very much a perfectionist. He did not like the way one window was installed and he actually paid to replace it. I would tell others that I had no complaints about them and that they did a good job and the price was good. They are not the most punctual."
