Adrian was very quick and knowledgeable to diagnose the problem with my roof, and the team that performed the repair were very thorough. Took longer to finish stomping the ceiling due to the drywall patch not drying in time, but I was glad that, rather than try to speed through the repair and make it sloppy, they waited for it to set and do the repair right so it looked good. Have already recommended them to a friend, hopefully he is able to use them and will be satisfied.

Got two estimates for this job, Adrian's was $350 less than the other. $350! It was just a basic roof maintenance request to fix some vents, nail pops, and a few damaged shingles. He was done in about 30 minutes, online invoice, would HIGHLY recommend. I also talked to another Home Advisor roofer, and when I told the work that needed to be done and the price I was quoted, they said to go with Adrian as there was no way they could match the price.

They repaired a few loose nails while on the roof (not part of requested repair) at no extra charge. Recommended them to neighbor who was having same issue. They were $200 less expensive than first non-Home Advisor contractor we called, $250 cheaper than the second. They could have done the repair the next day but we had scheduling conflict, they came the following day and were 15 minutes early. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I had a leak around my vent pipe, American Roofing Technologies came out took pictures for me and gave me a fair estimate.
