Both of these men moved from job to job, answering our questions and quickly completing each task. They arrived early the second day and did not take a break until the work was complete. Richard and David were professional, courteous, and very oriented toward customer satisfaction. We had a ceiling repair and Tim had a separate crew to finish this repair/replacement. Erin and Scott showed up ready to complete the project. They were courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. A pleasure watching a team work together. We could not have asked for a better experience all the way around. These folks were proud of the company they worked at. Did a great job cleaning up after the job were completed. "My gutters were cleaned, I was charged extra for the screening on first level gutters, but the screens were not but back correctly, one screen is lying on my porch, they were to return 6-19-18 no show no call, today is 6-21-18, I will pay for the cleaning but not the additional charge for the screens, because I will have to pay someone else to do it, or do it myself, and Mr. Tuttle was rude and argumentative, stated he under bid the job, If they have been doing this as long as their site claims, I would think that they should know what they are doing by now. But you don't relay that to the customer, you eat the cost and learn from it!!!"

"The electrician was very respectful of our property and time.  He arrived on time and gave us a "I'll be there soon" phone call.  When he arrived he had proper identification on.  He made sure to be careful not to create any messes.  He put down sheets to protect the flooring, which pleased me greatly.  He was able to gain entry to the attic through the hallway access panel.  This created a bit of mess from fallen insulation and dirt.  He cleaned up the mess when finished.
We pre-paid through Angies List for 4 hours of service provided by J&M Custom Construction.  Scheduling the appointment was very easy.  We had no problem "cashing in" our Angies List voucher.  
Running the electrical didn't take the entire 4 hours so he filled the extra time by installing the ceiling fans for us until the 4 hours were up.  I was please to see that he offered extra help since we had a bit of "time" left over after running all the wiring.
The gentleman was very kind, pleasant, and seemed very knowledgable about his work.  I would use this company again, without question, if I need work done in the future.
