The heating towel bars were installed and the fixture as well. So far so good. I was requested to pay half of the estimate after 2 days, fine. and 2 days later to pay the balance. But I overpaid the estimate by $600. I found out later. When I mentioned this to Joe, he said “we will settle after I work on the lamppost and the other fixture. Fine with me. I trusted him. But he never came back. When I called I was told the extra $600 was for the tile work done in installing the towel bar. There was minimal work done, and anyway he knew ahead of time what was involved, and it was supposed to be included of course in the estimate. He said he would come back for the lamp post, gave me a day and time, and never showed up. To this day he still owes me $600. I will not recommend his work ethics.

"“Install 4 bar towel warmer in master bathroom wired to new circuit with exposed conduit on outside of house” The 1st thing you said when I came to do the work is “I didn’t have the old towel rack removed. So we talked and we agreed to remove it and retile using your tiles for $600.00. Repairing the outside light was time and materials. I spent Time troubleshooting ...2 hours. The light heads needed replaced you wanted me to handle finding replacements. I dropped the ball and did not locate lights to match your current lights. So you’re current balance is $150.00. of which I’m not going to charge. You’re welcome to reach out again. We left you a message this morning. Sorry for the inconvenience."

Wheeler Electric were very prompt easy to work with and reasonably priced. I needed to have a new GFCI quad outlet installed and have an existing one replaced on the exterior of my house. I was able to get an estimate and a service appointment within a week. They were absolutely professional, fast, honest, pleasant, polite, answered all my questions and worth their hire. I called after hours I was probably called back first thing the next morning and an appointment was set for the same day. Joe was on time friendly and professional. After tracking down the short he was able to quickly fix the problem and get my system back to running normally.

The serviceman showed up and began troubleshooting the problem and eventually found the problem outlet having the issue where it was tied into the front lamppost and that run had the short in it..

Joe came out and was able to troubleshoot issues with the electrical wiring that was preventing me from charging my plug-in hybrid. He replaced a faulty GFCI outlet and switched two outlets on a 2-wire circuit to a 3-wire circuit.

The experience was great. Made appointment online and they showed up exactly on time and did quality work. Top of light pole needed replaced and technician offered to go to store to purchase new piece and install the same day. Reasonable price. Would definitely work with them again.

Very well. He repaired and cleaned my light pole; light is now working and I can even plug in decorative lights around the pole. He also replaced the broken outdoor electrical fixture near the front door, so I can now use electrical devices. In both cases he explained what he was going to do beforehand. (This is the second time I've used his services and would definitely use him again and recommend him.)
