He seemed miffed that I was not present but something came up. My wife was here and he dealt with her. We would not use them as the contractor in the future. The installers did a great job on the install and worked through the entire day to get it complete. The materials are tremendous (no wood to rot) and the color is outstanding, but the best part is they were able to give me the pergola look and still allow me to have an insulated cover to keep cool over the summer. I would definitely hire them again...great job all around!"

Once he arrived he was professional and knew  the product he was working with. He also offered a few suggestions for future maintenance. Although the service was great, we feel it was expensive.
