We have had issues with our HVAC system since we had is installed a few years ago- we had nothing but bad experiences with the company that installed it so we were done using them. When our a/c unit stopped working this summer, Brad came right out, diagnosed the main issue of needing a new A-coil but also was able to listen to the problems weâ ve been having over the years and found wiring that wasnâ t suitable for the unit we had and was a major concern. This is the first summer and winter that our house has been able to maintain the temperature inside. In years past we have always had to assist with our fireplace but not this year and itâ s currently 10 degrees outside. You canâ t beat the professionalism and expertise when it comes to Oâ Donnell HVAC. My husband and I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so. We canâ t say enough good things about the work. Itâ s been a huge relief for us to not have to worry about our a/c or heat for the past 8 months.
