Ohio Exteriors LLCOhio Exteriors did an excellent job rebuilding an old screened-in porch on our 100-year old home. They were punctual and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent! They completely rebuilt the porch, put in new structural support cedar beams, installed new flat rubber roof, installed new stained-wood ceiling, hung two chandeliers, hung four ceiling fans, installed new screen door and all new screens, and painted the entire porch. We had the entire exterior of the house painted including the garage door and front porch floor. Very professional work, done efficiently. My husband noticed a couple of spots that needed a touch up (likely due to some rain that occurred shortly after they finished) and they came right back out and fixed it. Jason and his team have painted interior rooms inour home and also replaced and painted rotting wood outside, painted gutters, gararge door, shed and powerwashed stucco. His work quality (and work ethic) is excellent. He provided accurate quotes, arrived as planned, and completed the work in a timely fashion. With other painters this has not been our experience. Stauffer's did a great job on my 2-story Tudor style home with synthetic stucco and cedar trim. I wanted the project done within a month of getting the quote, and they were able to accommodate. There were several parts to the project that they handled: power wash, repair holes in both wood and stucco made by carpenter bees and woodpeckers, replace trim boards that were damaged from incorrect flashing placement, prep and painting of all exterior surfaces including garage doors, entry doors, gutters/downspouts, and chimney flashing. Jorge and his crew worked diligently and with pride in the results. They power washed the entire exterior including all the brick and a large chimney, even removing stains from a rusted chimney cap. Multiple holes were patched and now can't tell where they were. Jerry (the owner) kept in close touch, making sure I understood when they would be doing what, and the options when it came to replacing the rotted wood and repairing damaged stucco. The carpentry expert he brought in for that part of the job did flawless work. During the final inspection, Jerry walked around the house with me and the crew quickly took care of a few things that were missed. One of them had roofing expertise and he fixed how one of the gutters was incorrectly positioned. I would definitely recommend Stauffer's Painting, Jerry is a straight shooter and very nice to work with, and his company does a quality job at a fair price.

I selected them after my estimate with Jon. He is very knowledgeable with the specifics of the project. They are also reasonably priced. The crew that came out to paint the house were prompt and efficient. They went above and beyond repairing/replacing trim and painting everything. I would highly recommend them to others and will use them again. In fact, I also had them install gutter guards to keep the gutters clean. Once again they were prompt, got right to work, and were courteous and respectful to me and my property. Thumbs up all around!
