We enjoyed working with Creative Finishes as a painting contractor. We chose Creative Finishes as our painting contractor. Although not the least expensive contractor that we solicited a bid from, Nate was the only contractor who addressed all our concerns. Ashley was wonderful to work with regarding scheduling. The crew arrived on time and was ready to work. They were gracious and worked with us in a collaborative manner. The crew was quick to address anything that was of concern. The work was completed in three days. We are very pleased with the result and the price was very reasonable. The walls look fantastic and brand new. We are happy to recommend Creative Finishes as a painting contractor.

Writing this 2 years after the work was done. We hired Creative Finishes in Oct 2019 to repair a tape seam that was popping out of our ceiling after some water damage following a roof issue. They came out and repaired the tape seam and painted the entire ceiling. Unfortunately, the repair didn't last long, as the tape seam popped out again within a few months. More unfortunate, COVID hit, and we weren't comfortable having anyone come out to do work in the house for awhile. Flash forward to now, and I've been trying to reach these guys to fix the repair, especially since they proudly touted their 3-year warranty. I hesitated to submit this negative review. But now that I've left 3 different voicemails, several weeks apart each, I've grown very frustrated that they seem to have no interest in making this right. I'm going to leave a 4th voicemail, but suffice to say, I wouldn't recommend this company to do any work let alone stand by it.

Excellent painting job. The workmen were very professional, careful and courteous. They started with repair of the stucco followed by a sealing coat and a finish coat of paint. They were careful of the windows, wood trim and landscaping around the house. When we called to say that one area of the house didn't look right after drying, they came right back to apply a second finish coat which solved the problem.

It worked in 3 stages, 1 for the power washing, 2 for the boards and 3 to paint. Each crew was very professional and diligent about their work. Definitely would hire again.

On Wednesday, September 30th, the Creative Finishes team painted our house. The job was very well done, but after they left, we had questions about a couple of areas. I called to speak with Nate (Creative Finishes owner, who had originally scoped out the project), but got his voice mail, and left a message. Over the course of the next week I left another voice message and two text messages, none of which were ever answered. On Thursday, October 8th, having had no response from Nate, I called the office, and spoke with Ashley. I told her I had left messages and texts for Nate, but had gotten no response. She said Nate was out of town, so I asked her to have him get in touch with me. Then, in spite of having told her I wanted to speak with Nate, she proceeded to try to solve all the issues herself. After a few minutes of this, I repeated quite forcefully that I wanted to speak with Nate, at which point she said goodbye very abruptly, and hung up the phone. A few minutes later, Mark, the foreman, called, and after a few minutes of discussion, promised to contact me the following afternoon (Friday, October 9th), and come out to review the issues in question. Mark did not contact me on Friday, and as of this writing, over two weeks later, I have heard nothing from him. Had it not been for the lack of response to my questions - which suggests to me a certain arrogance or lack of interest after receiving payment - this project would have received a five star rating.

First and foremost it is always our goal for folks to be pleased with the entire process in working with us. As all of us as a whole really value and take pride in our jobs and the company. I noticed you had given us an F in responsiveness. I would like to strongly disagree with that rating. As i personally did everything within my power in keeping in communication with. Even going as far as meeting your need and scheduling you for a specific time. As per your request. In which we almost never do when it come to exterior painting due to whether and such. Then you noted you had reached out to Nate multiple times without having had a response from him. Keeping in mind that is his Personal number. And I had mentioned to you Nate having been out of town but upon his return I would have him contact you. But you were not willing to accept for that. Respectfully so, you should have given the office a call prior to. As we could've found a solution to your need much more promptly. Lastly after you finally calling the office, I had spoke with you and allowed you to express your thoughts, needs, and concerns. What you had mentioned being the issue was that our crew and simply missed a piece of metal stripping at the window. Which was quite simply just human error. Throughout our conversation i remained very calm and respectful to you. While you on the other end happened to be very rude, disrespectful & yelling at me. To the extent of folks that happened to be in office at that time being able to hear you through the phone. So yes I did indeed end the conversation in which I had stated " Have a good day", then simply ended the call. As regardless to any situation in life it is completely unacceptable to talk to folks the way you had spoke to me that day. They did not cover the floor or furniture properly, no attention to detail. they see a problem, they work around it rather than notifying me or try to fix it. They were rushing the job just to get done. Management and customer service was horrible. Would not hire again.

It started off rocky but ended up good. Our house was in dire need of wood replacement and painting so we were very motivated to get the work done. Nate was early for the designated appointment time to give me a quote which was awesome, he gave me a great quote for the painting but the bump in the road was the gutter quote. Nate recommended a new gutter but the short of the long is that the gutter person he uses was unavailable, and then the next gutter person was unavailable. A couple of weeks went by before they sent Dave from their company to the house to replace wood, remove the gutter and rehang the original gutter. Once Dave completed the work it was smooth sailing. Bottom line Jason and his crew did a great job and the paint/caulk looks great for being put on top of such old wood. The star of the show was Ashley, I don't know what her overall role in the company is but if she was not involved in keeping me posted on the behind the scenes of trying to schedule gutter companies as well as scheduling of the painting/wood replacement I would have probably gone elsewhere. Kudos Ashley!

Nate, who quoted us the job, was responsive, friendly and very helpful. He worked with our urgency due to rotting wood. Jason and Cirilo (not sure I spelled it correctly), who did all the work, we’re outstanding! They were professional, punctual, friendly, courteous, very accommodating, efficient, meticulous, and worked hard and long hours to finish our house. We could not have had a better experience! They finished the whole job in 5 days, cleaned up every night, thoroughly cleaned up when job was finished, and the outcome was absolutely beautiful. My picture doesn’t do it justice. We will definitely use them for future work.

Having previously had to paint the house myself, We were very pleased with the care Jacob and Seth took in prepping the house prior to painting; could not have asked for better preparation. They also were meticulous in the painting of the walls and trim. We are very pleased with the results. Both Jacob and Seth were very professional and nice to interact with. They were very conscientious with every aspect of the job; we could see that they would do the best job possible. If and when we need any painting done Creative Finishes will definitely be the first we would call.

Other than delays due to excessive rain, everything went as expected. As soon as rotted trim was replaces, paint crew arrived and completed all work as requested. Friendly and professional staff.

Everything went as planned. Jason's team were punctual and very professional. I appreciated their attention to detail and precision painting (white trim on taupe colored cedar. I got 3 bids and they weren't the cheapest, but their quality justified the extra cost.

They were all professional and courteous. They were conscientious and did a wonderful job . They cleaned up after themselves each day and took care not to damage landscape plants. Nathan, the owner, suggested colors for the job including the deck. It turned out great and we have had many compliments from friends and neighbors.

Caleb and Mario did a fantastic job of painting the exterior of our house. They were careful and detailed in their approach, and it looks it. They were also very reliable and pleasant to work with. The house looks great, and I think the price we paid was very good. I would highly recommend.

Nate was able to come in just a few days to give me an estimate. He was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable and the quote was a good price, so I cancelled the other painter I had coming for a quote and hired Creative Finishes. The crew was here four days. They were professional and polite. They explained the process/schedule to me every day and made sure I didn't have any questions. They also tried to work together in concentrated areas so they weren't spread out over the entire house all four days. They worked around my husband and I (who are home during the day) and two rambunctious dogs. While they were here we decided to have additional work done. Some of it they were able to accommodate on the spot, the rest they will return to do.

All went very well. Nate arrived at the time agreed for the estimate. We went with the "first available" which turned out to be a week later. The painter arrived as promised, and did a great job. We were so pleased with the results we asked Nate to estimate another room. They were able to complete it very quickly and again did a great job. We will definitely hire them again for our next project.
