The crew who came in for the water line did a good job with the work but did not call me when there was a problem the first time they came. It was resolved.m, but a phone call would have been appreciated. To crew that came out for the drainage system called before they got here and gave me a call after they left. They did a great job, and the system seems to be working fine. I want to give special recognition to Dave, he was with us all the way through the process. He's genuinely concerned about making sure that we were happy with the work. He is a real asset to this company. I would hire again and recommend without reservation."

Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."

"Was able to get an appointment at my convenience, salesman Jeremy was both knowledgeable and personable. Jeremy helped me get the best equipment for my concerns, and together we determined what pieces could wait until I could afford to add more. I was offered a lifetime servicing plan for the equipment at no cost to me or for replacement. The keypad is an awesome piece of equipment (which Larry installed and did an outstanding job with!) and once it was up, I was sort of sad that I didn't just leave it as a "desk top" option that Larry had mentioned so I could move it around the house with me. In hind sight if I had known more about the benefits of leaving it as a desk top option, I probably would have opted for it. But initially I thought it was a "short cut" to install, which it would not have been. By far the coolest thing about 1st Security's service is the fact that they use alarm.com, from which I can arm and disarm my system from my cell phone. No juggling at the door, sprinting to the keypad, etc. I also have a peace of mind that I have never really had with Front Point, Guardian or other security services since I can actually see my alarm activity online and on the app. The system also allows up to 239 individual passwords that you can assign to family members or others you hire to do work at your home. My only disappointment is with signage for the house. I want 2 security signs for my home (relatively higher crime area) but was given one and told he'd get the other one to me only after I offered to pay for it (which honestly, I should not have to do - the more signs in my yard, the better advertisement for your company). Also they "were out of" window clings/stickers, something I want immediately upon install. Larry said they were on order and he would get the stickers and extra sign to me as soon as they were in. I'll update you on that when I get them."

"The two young men who came to load the household goods into a moving truck were very friendly and helpful. They were late for the loading as the original trailer they were supposed to pick up wasn't available at the last minute, so they got a Penske truck and loaded that instead.  They informed me that once they got a new trailer, my daughter's belongings would be reloaded onto the trailer which would be hitched to the moving van.   We don't know who loaded the actual trailer as it happened the next day.  Unfortunately, whoever it was  didn't take as much care as the two men who came to load the Penske truck.  Once the trailer arrived in Florida, we found damaged items.  We had clearly marked items that were very fragile like lamps, but whoever loaded the trailer apparently didn't pay close attention to that.  A dresser sustained some damage, too, as well as a lampshade and the wheel on an office chair (we couldn't  fix or replace it)   We don't blame the two men who first came to load in Columbus. 
    The driver of the moving truck, Josh, and his assistant, John, were super nice and helpful.  Josh in particular apologized repeatedly for any damage done to my daughter's belongings.  He even called the company and arranged for a $20 refund to cover the cost of replacing the lampshade. We'll see how long it takes to get that. He advised my daughter to check everything that wasn't already unpacked before he left so she could file a claim with the company within 60 days.  He and John also put together my daughter's bed frame and lifted the box spring onto it, lifted her microwave onto the kitchen counter and her computer and printer out of their boxes (she and I both have back problems and couldn't do that).  We truly appreciated their caring attitudes.

"I wasn't sure exactly what to expect when I first purchased this coupon and service. I was creating a home office from an open room in my new home generally intended for formal living I expect. I had a general idea of what I wanted. When I received the welcome email and instructions, I was given instructions for how to provide information including a link to a site where I could map out my room with doorways, windows, etc. I provided all of the requested information including pictures of the space. I was very thorough. This service is entirely over email and internet.
We had a phone conference to discuss what I wanted and about a week later, I received a link with all of their suggested selections. At first, I was very confused because it didn't seem to meet my needs. However, when I contacted them about it, we had another conference call and they explained that they were simply providing a number of different solutions for each category; paint, office furniture, fixtures, textiles, etc. Their vision for my room actually was more along the lines. It was a wonderful tool because I was able to scroll through additional options. I had questions every step of the way and was answered with friendly, timely responses. I was given a direction and suggested to first choose my drapes to design around a fabric/print and that worked perfectly. I ended up wiht amazing paint colors, new cabinets and a very cohesive and functional home office that suits my style. 
I really can't say enough good things about the amount of time they spent responding to my emails and questions. They had great advice and answered every single one. 
They offer discounts to products they support so the only negative thing I would say is that their suggestions for different items seem to be based of the companies they partner with. Obviously that would be expected. I would NOT use the cabinet company they referred in the future as I had issues with them separately. Overall, excellent and worth EVERY penny spent. I love working from home in my gorgeous home office!"
