"When shopping for a blacktop paver company, go with the best negotiated price (there is always wiggle room in price) because they all promise the same thing and from what I ve seen - they all do the same job. Do not expect any custom work repairing your drive other than leveling before application even though you re led to believe this would be done. My finished drive looks good and is a vast improvement over the original BUT I have great concerns over the side drainage issues that were not corrected as promised. Swartz paving did a great job at paving our drive - on time, friendly, professional, and affordable. They won the contract over other companies because of price and promised additional attention to drainage. The latter was poorly addressed."

"Part of my front porch roof was sagging down and while I couldn't even get a phone call back from other companies AJ answered my call and actually came out to give me a quote the same day! The price was very reasonable and he was able to fix it in a brilliant way that looked great and saved me thousands of dollars having to replace the whole roof. He was able to come out that week and get the job done quickly. I was really happy with how it turned out. I highly recommend AJ!"

"A.R.C Roofing and Paving is highly professional they came here and patched and sealed my parking lot and stopped the roof leaking on my commercial building they came out and gave me there professional opinion and stopped my leaks very very happy with the work and I would definitely recommend them and hire them again."
