"Rob and his team are fantastic to work with! We recently bought and renovated our home, and they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They always showed up on time, sometimes even early and could handle anything we threw at them. They truly came to our rescue! Any time my spouse and I hit a renovation roadblock, we joked that it was no problem because Rob and his crew (shout out to Luis) could fix it. They helped us remove old kitchen cabinets (you’d never know they were ever there), demoed a large bar and built-in desk area, replaced trim, capped plumbing, and finished tile work. They also installed LVP flooring in our master bath, which turned out to be a tricky job due to bad sub-flooring and uneven transitions, but they handled it quickly and without blinking a eye. When the project was done, we actually joked that we didn’t want them to leave! We’d recommend Rob and his team to all our family and friends and can’t wait to have them back for our next project."

"I hired professionals to redo the basement stairs padding and carpet along with the flooring on the finished side of the basement . Barry, John and Chris . There was a few hiccups along the way and worked with our busy schedule to get the project completed . Everyone was very nice . I would recommend them ."

"Our house was damaged during a flood and one of the contractors we were working with recommended RW. They came pretty promptly for estimating carpet/vinyl installation. Also asked for a quote to remodel our bathroom. They never came out to do this. One of their supervisors (John) measured our carpet for the basement wrong. It ended up being 3 feet short of what we actually needed. We had to go back and order more carpet. Their installers were "No Show" for three appointments. Vinyl flooring in bathroom never sealed or caulked near the tub. Part of the flooring was also damaged during installation. All we have gotten so far was a "Sorry" and a bill. We've asked several times for them to come look at it.... they never have."
