"The process of scheduling the window cleaning was easy. We received an estimate as promised, and were able to schedule the work to our satisfaction - and actually came a few days earlier than anticipated, which was a great help. The work was performed as contracted, however, despite being much cleaner than before their work, a number of the windows had streaks, or window corners were missed in the cleaning process, particularly noticeable in late afternoon direct sun.
