"This job had special circumstances and the home owner knows that. He was doing a lot of work on the house himself and my responsibility was a very small amount of the work. I went out on a limb and did something that no other contractor would do for this customer to allow him to get his new house, and he repays me with his comments above. The scheduling issue was because I had to make numerous extra trips to the job, because things the home owner did were wrong and out of order and had to be corrected for me to complete my work. And by the time this job started, I had 2 other jobs going, which the customer was made well aware of that fact."
