"I had two previous repair men and they didn’t go through the entire system like Stan did. He found that there was 3 sensors could have been an issue and he found the one was frozen. After deicing it he found that it was bad. He replaced it and spent as much time as was needed to repair the problem. The other two tried one thing and they both failed although the one did clean the coils as a measure. Stan was very professional and even called to discuss the issue with another technician. "Great experience, Don showed up when he said he would, and was personable and flexible on scheduling. He made two trips to our home in Akron, the first to quote and the second to complete the quoted work, a gas log tune-up. He also told us a little about the ventless gas fireplace and the gas log we have(we've never had a fireplace before, so the added insight was helpful) and gave us some extra fireplace rocks he had left over from a previous job at no charge. We've already recommended Cleveland Clean Sweep to our neighbors who have a similar fireplace that doesn't work properly, and will definitely be calling them again for routine maintenance on the fireplace and gas log."

"They did a great job. There was a slight smell of gas in my basement so I wanted to get it fixed to be safe. I called a company and they said my gas control valve was broke and told me it would cost me $700-800 to replace and the gas leak would be fixed. I wanted to get a second opinion to see if the first company was trying to overcharge me. I called Makeithot and had them come out to see what they thought. They checked to make sure all my lines were properly sealed and found that the leak was coming from the gas control valve but did not need replaced. They only charged me $250.
