Chris is my "guy" for plumbing! I have given his name and number likely 100 times. He most recently just left my house from fixing a leaking pipe inside of a wall!!!! Chris is always fair on price, his work is meticulous and he even cleans up his mess. No matter big ( I had him plumb in an entire bathroom) or small ( I had him clean out my sump-pump) he is on time and has a smile!

My experience with Got Plumbing was superb. Chris is professional, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. I am very happy I chose them for the work I needed done, and will definitely call them again.

We hired Chris to do plumbing repair work on two separate jobs in our home. He repaired faucets in two bathrooms & the kitchen sink. And he replaced a wax ring on a toilet and added a shut off valve to the swimming pool water line. We have been extremely satisfied with his workmanship. And he explains everything that he is doing in detail so we could understood exactly what he was going to accomplish. Chris is professional and leaves area clean afterwords. He also respects your home while entering and leaving to get parts or equipment from his vehicle. We would highly recommend Chris to friends & family and to anyone in need of a plumber. (We have had â otherâ plumbers that we were not satisfied with their work & would never hire them again or recommend to anyone.) We would rate Chrisâ s work quality, customer service, & value with 10+ Stars if it were an option!

He was very professional and helpful, worked us into his schedule quickly. We had another problem crop up shortly after the water heater, and when he couldn't help quickly, hooked us up with someone he trusted who was also prompt and professional. Felt he was honest and wouldn't sell me a service I didn't need.

Chris was professional, reliable, and responsive. His installation of both a shower and tub along with their respective faucets/ shower heads was top notch. He went above and beyond working on a tight schedule and with another crew who was renovating the other areas of the bathrooms. I will definitely be hiring him again.

Chris arrived on time for both the estimate and the service appointment to install natural gas lines for a fire pit and grill. He did an outstanding job. His bid was very fair and his professionalism will definitely earn my future business. He’s also a military veteran which speaks volumes about his character. Thanks for your service Chris. Gas line installation went extremely well. Chris did a very neat job and was respectful of our home covering the areas where he worked. He cleaned up upon completion. I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs.

The project went well. Chris responded quickly to my request for a quote. He arrived the next morning and after agreeing on the cost, he began work. He explained everything the job would entail and kept me updated on his progress. He worked carefully and efficiently. The job required digging down around the pipe, about 20 inches and cutting through the basement wall. He completed this work in one day. Chris remained on site while the crew from Dominion East Ohio Gas returned to turn on the gas. Additional gas leaks were found inside the home and so the gas service to the house could not be restored. Chris agreed to arrange his schedule and return the next morning to repair the inside pipes and valves. He then completed the outside work, replacing soil around the pipe and cleaning up. Everything looked great when he finished. During this time of Covid-19, Chris wore a mask whenever he needed to work inside the house and maintained social distancing at other times. I feel fortunate to have connected with Chris for this project. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of work.

Chris is absolutely a Master Plumber! His ingenuity in his custom design to solve my new water system problem was genius. His expertise, broad knowledge of all things plumbing (including codes etc.) and his superior skills are visible throughout the process and definitely with the end product. He's highly decorated with certifications also. Chris has the patience of a Saint allowing him to carefully and precisely think through every detail and work until it's perfect. He takes no short cuts and uses superior products so I know I'll never need to fix what he installed. His work actually looks like art to me. In this case I feel like I got way more than I actually paid for because his price was unbeatable for his skill level. He exemplifies what I look for in a small business; a great price (actually the BEST price), pride in his work and professionalism and a Master Craftsman. He's also one of the nicest guys you'll come across. I will definitely be calling Got Plumbing for future projects.

It was a pleasure to hire Chris Lurz to work on the plumbing for my bathroom remodel. He was very knowledgeable with all the various building codes and did a great job of communicating what the best practice and standards too follow. He also did a great job of removing the old piping that was in my bathroom that was corroded and replaced it with all new piping for a double vanity and shower/tub assembly. In addition to installing the tub itself. Chris was also very professional in his approach, he was always on time, friendly to answering questions and reasonably priced. I look forward to hiring Chris for some of my future projects. I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work done.
