The office staff was very friendly and sent Rob out to look at our situation. He arrived on time and provided us with several options. We opted to remove the chimney completely and have the siding repaired since we haven't used the fireplace in 30 years. The crew arrived as scheduled Friday and got right to work. In a day and a half the chimney was gone, the siding replaced (they managed to find white aluminum siding to match our 50 year old siding!) and the mess was cleaned up and they were packed up and gone.
