He made two trips to our home in Akron, the first to quote and the second to complete the quoted work, a gas log tune-up. He also told us a little about the ventless gas fireplace and the gas log we have(we've never had a fireplace before, so the added insight was helpful) and gave us some extra fireplace rocks he had left over from a previous job at no charge. We've already recommended Cleveland Clean Sweep to our neighbors who have a similar fireplace that doesn't work properly, and will definitely be calling them again for routine maintenance on the fireplace and gas log."
