He and his crew put in the shower floor and even made me a little foot rest in the corner. They put in the new faucets and body jets for me and did all the tile work. LED lights last much longer than conventional incandescent light bulbs. LED lights use around 6.5 to 8 watts while on. If you leave an LED light on all night, with night ranging from 10 to 14 hours, you’re looking at using 65 to 112 watts a night. You can minimally cut your wattage in half by switching to a motion-sensor light.

Under-cabinet lighting offers excellent energy efficiency compared to ceiling lighting, especially when making the switch from halogen to LED lights. Whether it’s strip lights, puck lights, or built-in lights, these bulbs typically consume less energy while delivering powerful and effective illumination. This eco-friendly lighting solution ensures optimal brightness while reducing energy consumption and operating costs.

Depending on your preference, a 100W bulb could be too bright for a bedroom. Most people prefer softer, relaxing bedroom lighting using a lower wattage bulb, around 40W to 60W for incandescent or the equivalent in LED (around 450 to 800 lumens). For adjustable brightness, consider using dimmable bulbs or layered lighting with bedside lamps and overhead lights to create a comfortable and versatile lighting environment.
