"Returned call in minutes. Quick appointment. Arrived on time (even early). Examined the roof and my options. Was able to work on it immediately. Explained what he was doing as it went. Made several appropriate suggestions. Work completed quickly. Area cleaned up afterword. Professional job. Will use again."

"Overall I was pleased with the services I received.   On the first day the inspector came and made the initial inspection.  Then on a second day he came back with the owner of the company, which I really appreciated, because the first inspector found some areas of concern in the attic and he wanted the more experience owner to come and check it out for me.
They re-applied  some caulk and fixed the nail pops, they even provided me some input on things I could do with my vents and chimney on my own to cut costs of repairs later down the road.
Lastly, they did express concern with my roof and suggested I have more vents and ice guard installed. I was open to the idea and was told an estimate would be provided. Thirty days later I called to inquire about the estimate and was told they would need more time. I have yet to hear back from them over 60 days later.  That is ok though, because while I trust their opinions, I now have several other opinions to weigh in on the problem.  I have been able to have another inspector in the attic as well as I shared my concerns and pictures on a do it yourself website and I have decide I will try adding more vents and insulation in the attic before going forward with tearing off the bottom half of the roof to add more ice guard.

I mow, mulch, bush and shrub trimming, and fall and spring clean ups. I also pressure wash houses. Gutter cleaning and washing. We always guarantee to be below what the competition quotes you at. I am an owner operated business which is the reason why I can undercut the competition.

"Jon came out and gave us an estimate on a Thursday and we scheduled the crew for the following week.  He gave us the crew for the entire day, given the number of trees that were to be removed.  We have a heavily wooded back yard, and we were glad to hear that Jon uses a climber instead of heavy equipment to cut down the trees.  Everyone on his crew was professional and worked hard the entire day.  We are very pleased with the end result and would use them again without question.

Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

Natural ice melts can often get the job done without damaging concrete. You can try non-corrosive options such as kitty litter, alfalfa meal, coffee grounds, sugar beet juice, and heated snow-melting mats. While they may cause some staining, these natural melts are safe for concrete, pets, and the environment.

Rubbing alcohol may also remove ice from your driveway in a pinch. It has a lower freezing point than water, which expedites the unfreezing process. Pour 70 percent isopropyl alcohol into a quart or half-gallon spray bottle and spray it on your driveway. You do not have to dilute it with water.

Leaving a significant amount of snow on your roof can be risky. Most roofs are designed to handle about 20 pounds per square foot of snow, but exceeding this limit can lead to a roof collapse. A collapse can cause severe damage to your home and belongings and poses a physical danger to anyone inside. Furthermore, heavy snow accumulation increases the risk of ice dams, which can cause leaks and water damage to your roof, attic, and interior walls.

Yes, but it works best with lightweight snowblowers, the single-stage models or electric versions. Also, you need to have a rubberized intake edge on the ground and preferably rubberized auger paddles, not a metal version. Otherwise you may chip or damage the surface as you work. When it doubt, let the snow lie.

You can also use a snow blower on leveled gravel, but only if you carefully adjust the intake height so it doesn’t kick up the gravel and turn it into flying missiles.

The best snow removal tools include a snowblower or a plastic shovel since they're less likely to damage your driveway's surface. Metal shovels can crack asphalt and concrete. It's also a good idea to install driveway markers since they can make it much easier for you to identify where you should shovel without damaging the surrounding yard.
