"Jaime responded to my voicemail immediately, promptly traveled over 15 miles to give us an estimate, and then started the job as soon as we were ready. He was extremely productive from the beginning to end of each work day, always asked for my input prior to modifying any details, and was forthcoming about pricing, materials, and labor. Jaime was a pleasure to have in my home - he treated it like his own. He kept both "inside" and "outside" shoes and swapped them repeatedly all day to ensure he did not track in any dirt. He organized his tools and supplies in a neat pile at the end of every work day. Far and away, he is the most conscientious worker I have ever had in my home.
