"The first crew was not the best, they caused some wall damage and didn't use proper equipment, but they were quick. HOWEVER, the second crew (3 movers) was excellent. They were quick, friendly, used appropriate straps and equipment and caused absolutely NO damage in my new home. Additionally, there was a problem finding our new address (not in GPS) and the customer service (Gus) was phenomenal in assisting us with contacting the crew and getting everyone where they needed to be. "I emailed Jaime's Quality Home Improvement through the Angie's List "Contact" requesting a quote for replacing the basement stairs. Jaimie called me that evening to set up an appointment to get an idea of what the job entailed.
Jaimie showed up as scheduled and we discussed repair vs replace. He pointed out that the stairs were pulling away from the stringer which was no longer secured to the basement floor. Since more than half of the stairs were affected, I opted to do it right and have it all replaced. He told me it would probably take two days to complete. He called me later that evening with the quote.
I cleared out everything that was stored under the stars and the surrounding area so they didn't have to waste time with that. Since it was only about 10 degrees outside, I made room in the garage so they could set up their equipment and work there.
They showed up on time Monday morning and worked until just after 4pm. They tore out the old steps and had the stringers and a few of the steps installed. They left a ladder set up in case I had to get into the basement for something.
They arrived as scheduled on Tuesday morning, By 4pm they had completed the installation and swept up. The steps look great and feel secure. I like the look of the wood steps will finish them with a coat of water-seal instead of paint.

"It went excellently well! Danny's work is so highly crafted and precise that I am thrilled. He is on time daily, works vigorously, and quotes a price that he does not add to..the quote is the finished cost. I trusted him to be here working and went about my schedule in or out of my home. He plans his work so that you maintain the use of your sink, stove and refrigerator on a daily basis..that is more effort for him but extremely convenient for you. He leaves the room and area as clean and tidy as possible during the entire time he works. On the weekend he removed equipment from my garage so that I could put my car in which was very much appreciated. In addition to all of this he is friendly, kind and personable!

It is difficult to find craftsmanship of his quality. We are so impressed with the process and results that I wold highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.
