I asked him to provide an estimate w scope of work, but he never provided this. When i followed up w him, he said they were busy & needed a few more days to provide estimate. They never provided an estimate, given the lack of interest I decided not to follow up a 2nd time. I called the company and they said shut off the gas. This was April 12. The said it would be May before a tech co u l check it out. So what do you think- you pay 13 grand to prote c t you from power outages but when it is faulty you are at the mercy of what appears to be a lack of technicians and VERY poor service. Its April 29 and havent heard back from them. The say they will call back and dont. Recommend you stay away frpm thi compNy!"
