"BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."

"Bad wind storm blew some of my facia off the top of my house and was looking for someone to come and take a look at it to repair/replace the fallen pieces. Left a message with Steve and he called me back promptly, came out on a Sunday and repaired the decent pieces but needed to make a new piece that was to damaged to be put back up. Really friendly definitely will be giving him my business when we remodel our bathroom."

"It was all right and I have no complaints.  He was good, he was efficient and his price was reasonable.  He was courteous.  I originally met him based on the fact that there were lot of break ins in my neighborhood and I had him come out and check the door frames for me to see if they could be reinforced in any way or situation.  He ended up putting in a lock for me; the lock was brand new on the market.  He spent a lot of time installing it.  He actually had to call the company because the lock had a security alarm right in it.  He took a lot of effort and he went on line to give me enough information on the lock system.  He is truly a very nice person.  Later in that year, he did my garage for me.  I trusted him because and when he said he was going to do something, I knew he was going to do it.  I had some rotted out boards in my garage that were bowing and he replaced those boards for me.  He did everything he said he was going to do, he cleaned up, he was reasonable, and he was on time.  I had my house sided over twenty years ago and now I wanted to side my garage, so obviously what I got twenty years ago, they don’t sell those anymore.  I went back to the original place where I bought it from and they were not helpful.  So, Jamie actually went to all these different places and brought samples to me to pick and match up instead of me having to do the work in finding them.  For me, that was going over and above.  In return, my neighbor ended up using him also to side her garage.  He is a straightforward man and he makes appropriate suggestions about some home improvement projects that I discuss with him.  He is a true, solid person and just a great guy!"

"Mario was very nice sold the job to us . But never returned to see the job. 1st rain- gutters leaked all around the house - wholes in the ground. come out twice to repair. They were e very loyal- owned Franklin Spoke with him several time - said they will make it right. next issue- winter- assured no- ice builder & no iclcles - we shall see. will be calling then again."
