"Had this machine put in to kill mold with a guarantee to come back if the mold come back . Well guess what it came back . They came out and said that the warranty was void because the machine was unplugged . Once i informed them we had cameras they made another excuse . That was another lie . Then when i addressed the situation the owner then yelled at me accused me of threatening him so he could justify not covering the warranty. You thought i forgot ill never forget ill never stop telling the truth about you . Straight up fraud . Go check BBb look at bad comments to know who they are . "

In most cases, it's not worth the risk of buying a home with mold. You should carefully weigh the pros and cons before making a decision—and there are far more drawbacks than benefits. There are different types of mold, and not all humans are the same. For example, a more toxic type of mold may have less of an effect on a healthy person than a less toxic mold in the home of someone who is immunocompromised.
