"We had our kitchen vinyl replaced in March 2020 shortly before the governor issued a Stay at Home Order due to Covid. Our kitchen is the hub of our home, and I was so grateful to experience the esthetic difference new flooring made then and now as we spend more time at home. The installers did an amazing job, it was very reasonably priced, and I wish we had done it sooner."

"The service was great but had some minor complaints. First of all the salesman said they would cover all walkways...and they didnt do that also they didnt close either of the two doors causing LOTS of dust through out the house when it would of been confine to only one room. Last is they caulk outside the shower doors that i feel was unnecessary. It looked very unprofessional it was not straight and neat. They came out and tried to remove it but could not all the way. They were going to replace the new shower doors hardware but my wife and i decided we didnt want our news shower doors remove and new holes drilled into our new shower wall."

He promptly responded to my inquiry, set up an appointment to see the job, and provide a quote. On the day of the work, he arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the day. Despite rain, he stayed to finish the job. He communicated throughout the day at various points in the project to insure I was satisfied before he moved on to next steps. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
