"This review is Jason 2nd review because the first one was so off base and full of lies that HomeAdvisor pulled it so he rewrote it. I feel that he had more of a problem with me being a Hispanic male then my professionalism. On Thanksgiving Day Jason called HomeAdvisor wanting specific areas of his Basement/Crawlspace tested for Mold. After speaking with him on the phone he told me he wanted the Air in the Basement tested and he also wanted a radon PVC surface tested that was covered with a dark substance. He was desperate to have me out ASAP. I set an appointment the next day, mind you, it was a holiday weekend that I took off. Not only did he have the time I was going to be there but also the cost of $300 for 3 samples ($100 per sample). Once at the home I found mold growing on the Floor Joist after I ATP tested the surface at NO Charge. He wanted me to take an additional sample of it to be sent to the Lab. The made the total cost of my service $400. Not only did I do Mold test for him but I also tested the number of Particles in the air as well as check his VOC levels and Formaldehyde. at no additional charge. So as to customer service, he received 5 Star service: Returned his call the same (Thanksgiving day) 11/23/17 Set up an appointment to come out the following day 11/24/17 (Holiday Weekend) and Inspected HIS area of concern and took Mold samples He received results the next business day(Monday 11/27/17). Almost unheard of in my industry without an extra charge. Once he received his results he requested I come out the following day to discuss NOT ONLY Mold clean up options but Indoor Air Quality options due to the high particle count on 11/28/17 He not only wanted me to come out to discuss Option to improve his air quality he wanted me to come out and clean the Mold. After he received all he paid for I came out the following day at no charge to discuss options with him. I told him if I was to clean the Mold how much I would charge. I also told him I can tell him how to clean the Mold himself if he wanted to do that. I came over and discuss ways to improve his air quality in general which was a big concern for him. I have been with HomeAdvisor for 10 years and have never had anyone say I tried to scare them. He was already scared before I even came out based on our phone conversation. This fact was obvious due to the fact he wanted me to come out the next day to clean even before agreeing on a price or procedure. We discuss different types of Air purification systems that he asked about such as an ERV and HRV. Like I have done thousands of time before, I discuss reported health effect of Indoor Air Pollution. Everything I discuss is well documented by 3rd party resources. Such as the EPA, The American Lung Association and more. What Jason was referring to comes out of New York Time bestseller, Dr. Doris Rapp?s Book titled ?Is This Your Child?. Her studies show that a Mold allergy may cause Hyperactivity i"
"Sorry, you felt the price was too high which I find kind of strange since you knew what the price was before I even came out. Most people find I am a good deal especially with what is included and I have over 20 years of experience. I feel you are basing your opinion on the fact that the test did not show you had Elevated levels of Mold in the house. The test shows NO MOLD PROBLEM. There are Mold guys out there that will tell you have a problem when you don't. How Much Does It Cost To Test For Mold & Toxic Material? ""I would be glad to share our pleasure in having met Tony Pomales regarding our concerns about the air quality in our home. It is immediately evident that Tony has a wealth of knowledge in his field. He has earned an excellent reputation, not just in the Columbus area but nationwide. He very thoroughly performs his testing procedures with his cutting edge equipment and once those tests are evaluated and results are in from the lab , the customer will sooner, rather than later, get the results. Tony presented the results, answered any questions we had and offered a variety of solutions. We would highly recommend Tony Pomales if there are concerns regarding toxic air quality in the business place or home." Susan T (She sent me this review on 12/5/17)"
