Elliot was able to isolate the problem & provided helpful insight on the best way to work with the original contractor with whom we have the warranty for repairs. Cincinnati HVAC will be the first company we call in the future. Don’t waste your time like we did by calling another HVAC company. These guys actually know what they are doing."
